Working Sits and Downs
I’m working Sits and Downs with Jet and Tatum. I want them both to be able to listen and respond to the word in the same session, so that’s what we’ve been working on. I’ve written more about it on my blog:

I think it’s going really well and they are learning quite well. I hope to throw the Stand in there soon, but I need to teach it with just a verbal first. They know the stand as a hand signal more than they do a verbal. So I’ll do that before I throw it into the Sit and Down mix. I know Stand isn’t level one but I like to put it in early.
